Bringing a Garden Office to Life with Stunning Electrics
There’s something special about transforming a garden room into a fully functional, stylish office—and at Day & Knight, we love being part of that process. One of our latest projects was all about marrying functionality with design, and we couldn’t be more proud of how the electrical installation turned out.
Seamless Electrics with Style in Mind
From the start, our goal was simple: install a modern, efficient electrical system that complements the natural aesthetic of the garden office. With its warm wood-effect walls and sleek interior, the space deserved lighting and power that didn’t just work well—but looked incredible too.
We carefully planned and installed:

Brushed chrome double sockets, perfectly spaced and set against the wood-effect panelling. The contrast is subtle but effective, making the sockets almost part of the décor.

LED wall lights in a matte black finish, chosen to echo the modern, minimalist look of the office. These lights are not only energy efficient but also provide a beautifully even glow—ideal for working late into the evening.

Soft under-cabinet lighting, which adds warmth and ambiance, enhancing the natural tones of the room.
A Space That Works
Whether it’s powering computers, lighting up the room for video calls, or just keeping things comfortable on darker days, every element of the installation is designed to support productivity and comfort.
We’ve hidden cabling discreetly and ensured everything is future-ready—with USB socket integration and a spare circuit for any future tech upgrades. It’s these small touches that make a big difference in how the space feels and functions.
